We started Bread Artist to bring back the love of slow baking

Before the corporate bakeries and grocery store bread, there was a simpler way. A way where bread was made, not manufactured. Where each loaf was shaped by hands that cared, fermented with time and patience, and baked with pride.

We believe in that tradition. Every morning, we wake before dawn to mix organic flour with our treasured sourdough starter — a living culture that’s been nurtured for years. We fold, we wait, we shape, we bake. Always handmade. Always fermented. Always organic.

I bake bread the way it was meant to be made — slow, intentional, nourishing, and alive. What began as a personal journey to heal through food became a calling to share real bread with others. Every loaf is handcrafted in small batches, using organic ingredients, long fermentation, and the quiet time bread needs to develop depth, flavor, and soul.
